Reservations can be modified via Tock, but cancellations must be done 24 hours prior. Please call (213) 567-4525 if you’re experiencing any issues making changes to your reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, however changes are subject to availability.

Yes, we require a deposit for parties of four or more to help secure your reservation and ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests properly. This also allow our staff to manage our reservations effectively, preventing no-shows and last-minute cancellations that could impact other reservations.
The amount of your deposit does work towards your final bill.

Yes, the deposit is refundable — as long as you submit a cancellation within the specified time frame.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your reservation may result in a non-refundable deposit.
If cancelled within less than 24 hours, we can potentially accommodate for that amount to be credited towards a future visit.

No, but we can accept up to three different payment methods for a single bill. We unfortunately are unable to provide itemized checks per person.

There is no valet but parking is available at nearby lots. We recommend arriving early on busy nights to anticipate time needed to find parking.

Wednesday: music starts approx around 8:30p-10:30p
Thursday : music starts approx around 8:00-10:00PM
Friday: music starts approx around 7:30-11:30PM
Saturday: music starts approx around 7:30-11:30PM
Sunday: music starts approx around 1:00-6:00PM

We encourage our guests to feel as comfortable in their own skin as possible! However, for the consideration of others and the standard of experience we aim for at Zaya, we have established a No Socks, No Shoes, No Service policy.
Please also refrain from wearing swimwear, sleepwear, or inappropriate clothing.

As much as we love animals, we’re unable to allow pets at this time. Service animals attending their handlers are always allowed, per CA State Law.
However, we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of others’ potential allergies.

In order to guarantee the support of our staff and talent, we apply an automatic 20% service charge to all transactions.
